• You have at least 2 years of experience in sales (ideally in software sales)

• You have a degree: ideally in business administration or communication sciences (or comparable qualification)

• First experiences in direct sales are an advantage. However, it is much more important to us that you are highly self-motivated in sales and that you approach people proactively.

• You are a strong communicator, like to take responsibility and have the know-how to proactively expand your pipeline

• You are empathetic and have a knack for creating trust and enthusiasm

• You are no stranger to emotional intelligence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

• Experience in the hotel industry is considered positive
